Preparation Instructions: Cooking: Cook Time: 3 minutes. Makes 1 serving. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1 cup water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat. 2. Microwave: Place rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning in microwavable bowl. Add 1 cup water. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until water is hot. Stir well.
