Ingredients: water, soy protein*, Canadian wheat protein*, expeller pressed canola oil*, methylcellulose, organic ancient grain flour (KAMUT® khorasan wheat, amaranth, millet, quinoa), yeast extract, potato starch, sea salt, natural flavours (from plant sources), organic cane sugar, onion powder, vinegar, garlic powder, colour, pea protein, carrot fiber, beetroot fiber, spices, paprika and turmeric extracts, smoke flavour.
Batter: water, wheat flour, rice flour, modified corn starch, sugar, garlic powder, salt, spice, baking powder.
Sauce: organic cane sugar, water, soy sauce (water, soybeans*, wheat*, salt), fruit puree (water, mandarin and tangerine juice concentrate, chopped orange peels, natural flavour), corn starch*, vinegar, salted sake (water, rice, salt), expeller pressed canola oil*, ginger, garlic, spice, red chili flakes.

Cooking Instructions:  

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. On a nonstick baking sheet, bake frozen plant-based chick’n for 16 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. In a bowl, toss with warmed sauce and serve.

STOVETOP: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add frozen plant-based chick’n and cook 11 to 16 minutes, turning often until crisp and golden. Add warmed sauce, cook 1 additional minute, and serve.

SAUCE PACK: Place pack in a bowl of hot water for 3 minutes to thaw. Open pack and pour sauce into small saucepan. Heat on medium for 2 to 3 minutes until warm.

Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook – it’s not meat!
