Lavender True Essential Oil

Lavender – True – Kashmir is one of the most popular essential oils in aromatherapy. In addition to its extremely pleasant scent, True Lavender is tolerated well by most and is highly effective. Lavender – True – Kashmir essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its relaxant properties (sedative, calming, nervine) to help relieve nervousness, irritability and worry and to help with sleep.

Chemotyped essential oil, 100% pure, natural and authentic.

Ingredients: True Lavender (Kashmir) oil (lavandula angustifolia) from flowering top (Steam distillation).

Directions of Use: Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steam machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Caution: For external and occasional use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
